  1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Look for an Official Entry Code ("Entry Code") printed inside specially-marked 12-, 24- and 30-can multi-packs of Miller Lite. Beginning 10:00:01 AM (ET) on 5/1/08, go to www.millerlite.com for a chance to win one of 105 merchandise prizes and be automatically entered into a random drawing to award 3 Grand Prizes of a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. In order to participate, you will need internet access and a valid email address.
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 10:00:01 AM (ET) on 5/1/08 and continuing through 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 9/30/08, visit www.millerlite.com, follow the on-screen entry instructions and enter your Entry Code. (Due to state law, Texas and West Virginia residents only may use "7JJVLY9" as an Entry Code.) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Enter "NPZNJGN" as your Entry Code. Potential merchandise winners will be sent an email notification approximately 24 hours after the time the entry is received. Only potential winners will be notified. If your email notification includes the words "YOU WIN", you win the prize specified (subject to verification and eligibility). If your email notification contains any message other than stated above, or is blank, you are not a winner. Email notification will be sent to the email address indicated upon registration. Merchandise prizes will be shipped within approximately 6-8 weeks from the date of winner notification and will be sent to the mailing address indicated upon registration. Merchandise winners will be determined through random computer generation methodology. Odds of winning will depend upon the time and date you enter. LIMIT 1 VALID ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY. IF MORE THAN 1 ENTRY IS RECEIVED FROM ONE PERSON PER DAY, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY RECEIVED WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID.
  3. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/7/08 from among all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit 1 Grand Prize and 2 merchandise prizes per person.
  5. GENERAL RULES: Specially-marked packages will generally be available through 7/31/08 or while supplies last. Open only to residents of the 50 United States (except California residents), District of Columbia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, who are of legal drinking age or older in their place of residence at time of entry, unless prohibited by law. Employees of Miller Brewing Company ("Sponsor"), SABMiller plc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, alcohol beverage retailers, suppliers involved in this promotion, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void in California and where prohibited by law. In the event any merchandise prizes are unawardable, they will be awarded in a second chance random drawing on or about 10/7/08, from among all eligible entries received by 11:59:59PM (ET) on 9/30/08. Odds of winning in the Second Chance Drawing will depend on the number of unawardable merchandise prizes available and the number of eligible entries received. Potential merchandise prize winners will be notified by e-mail. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Potential Grand Prize winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within 10 days of attempted notification. In the event of a dispute regarding any e-mail entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All on-line entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. All material legitimately submitted becomes the sole property of Miller Brewing Company and will not be returned. Entry codes are void if obtained where prohibited by law, obtained through unauthorized distribution channels and/or if any part is damaged, illegible, mutilated, altered, forged, duplicated or tampered with in any way or if it contains printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Only Official Entry Codes obtained via Rules #1 and #2 shall be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. In the event of a printing/production error, irregular code/message or computer error, neither Miller Brewing Company, SABMiller plc., their distributors, alcohol beverage retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, printers of entry codes, nor their respective agents and agencies shall have any liability. Liability for any irregular or damaged entry code is limited to replacement with another. In the event Miller is prevented from continuing with the promotion or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Miller's control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within Miller's control (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Miller shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without any further obligation. If Miller, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, a notice will be posted on-line; Miller reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prizes in a random drawing from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, providing a sufficient number of entries are received. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold Sponsor and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Inc., their respective representatives, directors, officers, agents, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, employees and assigns ("Released Parties"), harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize and acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the motorcycle prize including, but not limited to, its quality or availability, except in regard to Sponsor and the standard written warranty statement provided with the motorcycle. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes or the prizes awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in the U.S., without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrants agree that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal or State Courts of Wisconsin. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. If, for any reason, including printing, production, computer or other error, including any prize announcements or notifications, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #4, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified claims received. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the official rules, the official rules shall prevail, govern and control.
